1. General

❤︎ Please send your commission order details via the Google form. Commission requests made elsewhere will not be accepted.
❤︎ Prices may differ depending on the complexity of the subject.
❤︎ I do not accept Robux, art trades, etc.
❤︎ For security purposes, I will only accept commission requests made via the Google Forms link.2. Payment
❤︎ Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the subject.
❤︎ Payment is accepted in US Dollars or Philippine Pesos, through GCash/Paypal only.
❤︎ I will only start your commission after full upfront payment and clear, relevant references are sent.
❤︎ Please don't send me any payment or request a price before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
❤︎ No cancellations once payment for your commission slot is confirmed.2.a. Refunds
❤︎ If I cannot begin your commission for any reason, you will be issued a full refund.
❤︎ Refunds cannot be requested after sketch approval. Requesting a refund when you are not allowed to do so will result in blacklisting.
❤︎ Issuing a chargeback will result in blacklisting.3. Process
❤︎ I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
❤︎ I will update and communicate with you regularly while your commission is being made. I will make reviews and updates to make sure I make it just right for you!
❤︎ Depending on the commission type, please allow 1-3 weeks for your commission to be finished.
Should there be any delays, I will update you as soon as possible.
❤︎ Rush orders are prohibited. If you have hard deadlines, please request at least 4 weeks in advance.
❤︎ Your final artwork will be sent in a Google Drive folder link. It will contain the artwork with and without the watermark, with a transparent .png version available upon request at no extra charge. I do not provide .psd file formats.
❤︎ This folder will be deleted after 1 month, so please make sure to save your files accordingly.3.a. Revisions
❤︎ The commission process consists of 4 stages: sketch, line art, base color and final adjustments.
❤︎ A maximum of 3 free revisions per stage will be given, and additional revisions will be paid.
❤︎ If you would like me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. Only minor adjustments are okay, no major changes are allowed.
❤︎ A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.4. Copyright/Usage Policy
I, Aries Arts, claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
❤︎ Promote myself with it everywhere
❤︎ Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)The buyer is allowed to:
❤︎ Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc. but please tag @realariesarts1 when doing so)
❤︎ Claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.The following is considered copyright infringement:
❤︎ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially unless otherwise agreed on
❤︎ Claiming the artwork as your own
❤︎ Removing the watermark from the artwork
❤︎ Altering the artwork without my consent
❤︎ Using commissioned art for blockchain-related technology, NFT’s, or crypto-currency
❤︎ Using the commissioned artwork for AI trainingBy purchasing a commission from me, you agree to be purchasing my services only. Failure to comply will result in blacklisting.
